Our 1920, iconic kitchen knives range is now available in duo boxes:

- « Special cutting » box with chef and multi-using knives

- “Cuisine du monde” box with santoku and slicer knives

The blades are made of AISI 420 HRC 52/56 stainless steel and feature exceptional cutting quality. The handle is manufactured with PEFC (Programm for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified oak wood. Each one is numbered, thus guaranteeing the consumer that the product he buys, comes from responsible resources and that through this purchase he participates in the sustainable management of forests.

 Knives are 100% made in France in our centenary workshops near Thiers capital city of french cutlery, each box is sold with a certificate of authenticity.
 
Also available with an olive wood handle.
